Technical Support Engineer (IT)


  • Provide installation, configuring, testing, post implementation technical support and maintenance for server/personal computer hardware/application and network equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, identify and resolve customer IT problems and performance.
  • Work closely with partners, vendors, principals, contractors and customers on project basis.
  • Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate/diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
  • Minimun 1-2 years of working experience in providing support to end-users.
  • Must possess strong knowledge in hardware, OS (ie. Win9x, WinNT, Win2000, Linux, etc.) and LAN/WAN technologies.
  • Experience in system administration for Windows server is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of multimedia PC technology and software application as well as PC troubleshooting tools and utilities.
  • Good interpersonal skill, customer relationship building and team player.
  • Possess own car and willing to travel.

Sales Coordinator


  • Assist and report directly to the CEO in sales related matters.
  • Responsible for sales related administrative tasks.
  • Possess a diploma/degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  • Computer literate and well versed with MS Office applications.
  • Good interpersonal skill, customer relationship oriented and well-organized.
  • Preferably female.
